Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and dbe33 ("dbe33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dbe33 online betting and casino platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered through https://dbe33.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Account Registration and Management

• You must keep your account password secure and confidential at all times. You must not share your password with any third party. dbe33 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• You must notify dbe33 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. dbe33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

dbe33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification checks. Any attempt to withdraw funds that were deposited fraudulently, obtained through bonus abuse, or linked to prohibited conduct will result in forfeiture of those funds and account termination.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

All bets placed on dbe33 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules that may apply. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Confirmation occurs when the bet is accepted by the dbe33 system and appears in your account bet history.
• dbe33 reserves the right to void any bet where an error in the odds, market, or event data is identified, including where odds were offered at a level that does not reflect the true probability of the event ("palpable error").
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected by unforeseen circumstances, dbe33 will apply its standard event-voiding rules. Affected bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled according to the result at the point of suspension, depending on the rules applicable to that market.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per market are subject to limits set by dbe33. dbe33 reserves the right to limit stake sizes and maximum payouts for individual users where it determines this is necessary.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbe33 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or any form of deceptive practice designed to obtain funds or services from dbe33 unlawfully.
• Multi-accounting: opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one dbe33 account, whether directly or through a third party, is prohibited.
• Collusion: coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotion, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games or arranged match outcomes in sports betting.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any non-human method to interact with the Platform, access odds data, or place bets.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the dbe33 Platform to obscure, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of any unlawful activity. dbe33 is required to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the account holder.

7. Responsible Gaming

All content on the dbe33 Platform, including but not limited to the dbe33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to dbe33 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of dbe33.

10. Amendments to These Terms

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered mobile wallet, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or verification checks. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
